Calm, organised and relaxed 😊 After 15+ years photographing weddings, I know when to step in and take charge (like wrangling family photos!) and when to quietly blend into the background so you can actually enjoy your day. Most couples tell me they felt completely comfortable around me very quickly – which is important, because your photographer is with you for a huge part of your wedding day. I’ll guide you when needed, keep things moving smoothly and help you feel relaxed in front of the camera without making your day feel like one big photoshoot.
Honestly, almost every couple says this 😄 You absolutely do not need modelling experience or to know how to pose. My approach is very natural and guided, with lots of movement and interaction rather than stiff posing and forced smiles. The best photos happen when you relax, have fun together and focus on each other – I’ll take care of the rest.
I also include a complimentary engagement session with all 6+ hour local wedding bookings, which is the perfect way to get comfortable in front of the camera before the big day.
You can expect a minimum of around 85 edited images per hour of coverage. So for an 8 hour wedding, most couples receive 650+ final images. I don’t believe in strict limits, but I also won’t overwhelm you with thousands of near-identical photos either. You’ll receive all the best moments, beautifully edited and ready to relive your day properly.
You’ll receive a sneak peek gallery within 48 hours! Your full wedding gallery will then be delivered within 4 – 6 weeks depending on the season and size of your wedding. Every image is individually selected and edited by me.
Absolutely! And honestly, this is a huge part of my job. I create a custom suggested timeline for every couple to help the day flow smoothly and make sure we have the best possible light for your photos. One thing I’m very passionate about is planning your couple portraits around sunset. That soft golden light you see throughout my portfolio is no accident, it makes an enormous difference to how your photos look.
I do! I photograph weddings alone and am very comfortable doing so. I shoot with two professional camera bodies at all times and move very quickly throughout the day. After photographing 200+ weddings, I’m extremely confident managing a wedding solo while still capturing all the important moments and little in-between moments too. Most of the time, couples barely notice me there – which is exactly what I aim for.
I take backups and reliability very seriously. My cameras record to two memory cards simultaneously while I’m shooting, and your images are backed up to multiple locations immediately after your wedding. I also carry backup equipment with me at every wedding. After 15+ years in the industry, I’ve learned that preparation and staying calm solves almost everything.
Your photos are delivered in a beautiful online gallery that’s easy to download, share with family and friends, and order prints from. Your gallery stays online for 12 months, and all photos are downloadable in both high and web resolution with no watermarks.
Absolutely! Your images are yours to print and enjoy however you like. I do also offer professional quality prints and albums through your gallery for couples wanting heirloom-quality products designed to last.
Your retainer secures your wedding date exclusively, which means I turn away other bookings for that date once you’re locked in. Because of this, retainers are non-refundable in the case of cancellation or postponement. I completely understand that unexpected situations can happen, and I’ll always do my best to help wherever possible.

To secure your date, I simply require a signed agreement and retainer payment.
