A Colourful, Vintage Inspired Wedding
– Emma & Chris –
Emma & Chris’s spectacular October wedding was a colour filled, vintage inspired celebration held on the lawns of the Star of Alice, with a reception dinner outdoors under festoon lights
When I first met with Emma and she begun describing the wedding day she had planned, I swooned! A vintage inspired theme with pops of colour eveywhere, lots of flowers and a venue under festoon lights – all of this is a photographer’s dream!
This was to be my last wedding of 2017 and what a way to end the wedding season for another year. Emma wore an absolutely stunning gown by J’Adore and her handsome groom was in Hugo Boss. The flowers by Wildfire Blooms were just amazing – colourful carnations, classic roses, hydrangea and gerladton wax – one of my faves – rounded out the amazing floral arbour and table pieces.
After bridal party photographs with Emma’s gorgeous bridesmaids and her two nephews (who were so much fun!), we headed back to the Star of Alice for a night of laughter, great food and dancing! Such a fabulous day and night that I absolutely loved capturing.
