You’re here because we’ve worked together recently on the same event. I appreciate every vendor I work with!

 

 

It is my hope to nurture great relationships with vendors, sharing images is a great way to do this and support local business. Also, I love for you to see how your contribution was captured!

 

 

Furthermore, I love seeing my work shared.

 

 

I trust that you value your business and services / product.

 

 

I do, too.

 

 

I also believe in a mutual treat others how you would like to be treated situation.

 

 

I like to be treated with respect and kindness, I aim to do the same.

 

 

Therefore, I ask that you please read and respect the below usage terms for any photos taken by me, and agree to these terms before accessing the gallery:

Image Usage Terms – and clearing up a few misconceptions:

 

 

* I am not trying to be difficult or demanding by asking you to agree to usage terms, photography is my full-time job and my livelihood; I am protective of my work (as I’m sure you are too). I also respect my client’s wishes and if they choose to keep their images private, I will not share any.

 

* Weddings are not the same as styled or collaborative shoots

 

* I have an agreement with my clients through the form of a contract, to provide images to them for personal use only. My clients / couples have no authority to provide images to you (in fact, it is illegal). Please do not ask them for images. The best avenue is directly through me. If you do approach the couple, they provide images to you or you use images from my socials or website, you will hear from me.

 

* I do not owe any vendors any images; images are my livelihood. If you are a florist, you do not owe me flowers because we worked together! I take the time to create these galleries and provide images to you because I want to.

 

* Images of your product or service do not become your property. Confusion about this does not excuse misuse of my images.

 

* Typically, your use of any images is commercial usage for commercial purposes. If you would like unequivocal access to high-res images of your product and/or service, I can send a quote to you. Or, if you are in agreement that you will credit images as per the below terms whenever and wherever you choose to share them, I am happy to provide the images to you in exchange for a formal agreement outlining terms and conditions as outlined below.

 

 

Image Usage Terms

 

  • The most important condition of your use of my image(s) is correct credit:

  • On instagram or facebook, ensure your caption includes ‘image by @lisahatzphotography (use the @ symbol followed by lisahatzphotography)

  • When used on your website, please post a live hyperlink (URL) back to my website: www.lisahatz.com.au

  • Images cannot be altered or edited in any manner.

  • Images cannot be submitted without my permission.

  • Do not sell the images on or create assets intended for resale or distribution; includes both digital and physical.

  • Do not share the images with other businesses; please refer back to us.

  • Improper usage will result in an invoice.
