Uluru Weddings

Are you looking for a unique and magical wedding venue? Uluru in Australia’s Outback is one of the most remote and beautiful place on earth. Imagine one of the World’s greatest natural wonders as the backdrop for your wedding.  Every year I work with couples who have chosen an Uluru Wedding or elopement to begin their journey in life together. Here are just a few reason to choose an Ayers Rock wedding!

I am the only Uluru wedding photographer recommended by Ayers Rock Resort and have photographed over 100 weddings and elopements at Uluru. With my local knowledge I can help you plan your entire day to be stress-free and amazing!

An incredible venue

Imagine saying your vows to each other atop a red sand dune, majestic Uluru and endless blue skies the scene before you. Your private dune awaits for a truly unique and memorable ceremony venue! Perfect for couples who are seeking a no-frills elopement or small wedding, or those with an adventurous spirit who enjoy being in nature.

Perhaps you’d like to spoil yourselves with a bit of pampering and stay at the luxury  Longitude 131  or at Voyages Ayers Rock Resort in a deluxe room at the Desert Gardens Hotel (my top pick!) or Sails in the Desert. After your ceremony and photographs, enjoy dinner back at your hotel before heading back out under the stars for your Night Sky Portrait experience! (optional and subject to the time of year – more on this below!)

Epic wedding photographs

Your wedding photographs will be the one physical reminder you have from your wedding day, also if you’re eloping, your pictures are how you’ll share your day with your family and friends back home. As a local wedding photographer with over 10 years experience, I’ve worked with over 100 couples eloping or having an Uluru wedding. I know all the best spots for magical photos, and also am one of the only photographers granted a special permit to photograph you inside the Uluru & Kata Tjuta National Park, up close and personal with the rock itself!

I have several packages available that include photography coverage of your ceremony, location photographs concluding with sunset over Uluru, and the option to add a Night Sky Portrait experience. The Milky Way is bright and clear here in the Outback, because of our lack of pollution. It’s the perfect setting for your portrait under an incredible sky full of stars! An adventure you’ll never forget

Visiting the Red Centre of Australia is an adventure in itself – we are right in the heart of the country, and our unique landscape includes an endless expanse of red sand, Desert Oak trees dotting the landscape the only interruption to your view (no sky scrapers or tall buildings here!) and an abundance of cultural significance, nature and wildlife at your fingertips. Why not take a camel ride at Uluru Camel Tours, an epic helicopter ride to take in the sights, or for the really adventurous – you can even try sky diving!

If the silence and serenity is more your scene, you can enjoy a long walk around the base of Uluru, taking in the size and unique valleys and formations of Ayers Rock up close. Take a short car trip to visit the domes of nearby Kata Tjuta and the Valley of the Winds walk and discover even more of the landscape.
